Ebonny Bell - Bio
I’m Ebonny Bell, the Principal of Bell & Co covering Mandurah, Rockingham and the wider Peel Region. I specialise in preparing wills and other succession documents, and I also practice in deceased estates including estate administration.
Before specialising in estate practice, I practiced in a wide variety of areas of law, including commercial law and commercial litigation, criminal law and have appeared before the Equal Opportunity and Australian Human Rights Commissions.
My passion lies in helping people manage their own estate planning and to help navigate the legal issues that can arise after a loved one has passed.
I am a trained wills and estates collaborative practitioner meaning, where possible, I endeavour to resolve disputes collaboratively.
I am currently completing my Master of Laws (LLM) in Wills and Estate Administration.
Prior to my legal career, I enjoyed a 20-year career in the Veterinary Profession including working at Murdoch University Veterinary Hospital.

- Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice GDLP– Recipient of the PLT Professional Excellence Award - 2019.
- Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia - 2019.
- Admitted to the High Court of Australia.
